Dus niet het dierlijke product zelf is het probleem maar wel oa de hulpstoffen, de chemische stoffen waarmee het in aanraking is geweest en het aanpassen van de 'food matrix' van het product? Ook goed om te weten. Hou het dus puur en zo onbewerkt mogelijk, pas dat zoals Theo ook al aangeeft op alles toe en het gezondheidsprobleem is voor een groot deel opgelost :)
Ja het is niet zwart/wit, tegelijk is het wel een verstandig uitgangspunt. Liever een aantal bewerkte producten laten staan die achteraf gezien geen kwaad konden dan wat teveel bewerkte producten die toch niet zo gezond blijken te zijn.
