Dick ik snap wat je bedoelt maar dit is gekomen met het gevoel wat de bestuurders hebben gegeven wij lossen jullie problemen wel op . Daar zijn we een coöperatie voor .

Kees, bij je gevoel kan ik me wat voorstellen. Maar ik zie het anders. Ik heb in de 16 jaar dat ik dit werk doe alle sectoren van de Nederlandse land- en tuinbouw leren kennen. Van de grootste (melkveehouderij) tot de kleinste (champignons).

Over melkveehouders zeg ik meestal: ze vinden dat de coöperatie hun probleem moet oplossen en die heeft hen veel te veel verwend. Zelf hoeven ze niks te doen.

Snap je wat ik bedoel?

#17 dick je spreekt over een dappere zet maar ik vind als je al 12 jaar in het bestuur zit en dit niet weet wat heb je die 12 jaar dan gedaan of heb je niet opgelet Of enkel aan het graaien geweest . Ik vindt als je dan als na 3 maanden vertrekt een slappe zak .

Een update, want Erwin Wunnekink lichtte de redenen voor zijn terugtreden inmiddels zelf toe op Linkedin.

It is with a heavy heart that I have made the decision to step down as chairman of our Cooperative. It’s also frustrating because given the short term of my chairmanship, I barely got started on what I had in mind. As cooperative farmers, we are the owner of a global business. And as farmers, we face enormous challenges and big choices. As a Cooperative Board, we need support from our members in order to act decisively. Keeping in mind the challenges ahead of us, we need each other for the steps to take. Only in good cooperation we can bring our dairysector and the company successful into the next era.
My main goal was to bring back unity into the cooperative. I knew it would be difficult, but I had a plan and the energy to carry it out. However, polarization only grew in recent months. Fueled by emotions and negative sentiment in the sector. And sometimes a pattern can only be broken with a strong statement. People listen better to what you do, than to what you say. And in my opinion, no one is bigger than FrieslandCampina. My resignation is therefore an ultimate call to the Cooperative but also to all the stakeholders in our relevant, important and innovative sector to unify and to work towards a common future. We can only predict our future if we create it together!

I passionately believe in collaboration and the power of the cooperative, I grew up with it and experienced the benefits time and time again. As an individual you can be such a good entrepreneur or leader, the ultimate test is whether you can properly arrange your succession and successfully hand your company over to the next generation. Our 150-year-old company has certainly not become so old because of successes alone. We have dealt with adversity and fight through it numerous times already. After all, if you can't find the right conditions, you have to create them.

I have a firm belief in the future of FrieslandCampina and in the future of dairy farming. I am incredibly proud of the products and the people in FrieslandCampina. I personally have received a lot of energy from all the people who work, and have worked within our company. Together we are FrieslandCampina and we must continue to build our future. Embrace feedback but avoid negativity and cynicism, there is enough of that in the world.

Many thanks for working together in my 12 fantastic years at FrieslandCampina. To me it has brought a lot of life experiences and good memories. I feel very grateful for that! In the coming months I will start reflecting on what to do in the next phase of my life. First of all back to basics: Being a proud member of our Cooperative FrieslandCampina. And, from time to time, dreaming in front of my milkingrobots watching my cows, and see that milk streaming. Knowing that from a nutritional point of view milk is gold and that we, as food suppliers have a very relevant job to do.....

Daar staat dat de leden van de coöperatie te verdeeld zijn om tot hun gezamenlijke stip op de horizon te komen en hij zich realiseerde dat hij die eenheid ook niet kan brengen.

Dat is natuurlijk in-en-in triest, want het betekent dat een groep mensen die van alle kanten belaagd wordt ook niet meer weet hoe ze zich moeten organiseren om hun toekomst te kiezen. Om dat duidelijk te laten merken ('ze luisteren toch niet naar wat je zegt, maar alleen naar wat je doet', zegt Wunnekink) zette hij deze stap zo kort na zijn aftreden.

Ik vind het een dappere zet.

Gecorrigeerd voor weersinvloeden (m.n. neerslag) blijkt de NH3 concentratie al 20 jaar lang constant te zijn, zoals ik op Foodlog al eens heb laten zien. De berekende emissie en meer specifiek de afname daarvan, heeft geen relatie met die concentratie. Of het RIVM de emissie hoog of laag berekend verandert dus niets aan de atmosferische concentratie van NH3.

Het eerste springende probleem is dat het RIVM de depositie berekend op basis van de emissie en zo over de jaren uitkomt op een dalende trend. Dat kan dus niet waar zijn, want depositie komt uit de atmosferische concentratie en die is niet veranderd.

Het tweede, en eigenlijk het grootste, springende probleem is dat niemand enig idee heeft van de werkelijke omvang van de depositie omdat die nog nooit experimenteel en voldoende betrouwbaar is bepaald.

Johan, je blijft maar volhouden dat er sprake is van een enorme stikstofdepositie (helaas ben je niet de enige die zo´n vooringenomen standpunt heeft) waarbij je selectief gebruik maakt van de foute redeneringen en berekeningen van het RIVM.

Ik ben het met je eens dat er iets moet worden opgelost. Dat iets is iets fundamenteels. In hoeverre je met het najagen van je agenda aan die oplossing bijdraagt weet ik niet
